Rolf Classon (Chairman)

Mr. Classon has more than 30 years of management experience, mainly from Pharmacia and Bayer. At Pharmacia Rolf was responsible for Business Development in the USA and subsequently Pharmacia Biosystems. Rolf joined Bayer in 1991 and was Global President of Bayer Diagnostics and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Bayer Healthcare until the summer of 2004. Since then, Rolf works as an independent consultant and is a member of a number of boards of listed as well as private companies in the US and Europe, including Hill-Rom, Millipore, Enzon Pharmaceuticals, Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals, PharmaNet and Bayer Healthcare.

Teodor Aastrup

Dr. Aastrup is co-founder and CEO of Attana, and holds an M.Sc. degree in Material Physics and a Ph.D. in Corrosion Science.  Teodor was previously employed at Biosensor Applications, where he was hired as a QCM specialist and appointed project manager of the sensor development of a QCM sensor for narcotics and explosives detection. Teodor’s former employments also include a financial advisory position at the Swedish EU-R&D Council and materials specialist position at Scania AB, managing chemical analysis for the entire Scania Group.

Anders Bolmdahl

Mr. Bolmdahl is the CEO of BUCHLA Gruppen AB, a privately held investment company with holdings in amongst others Hotel Tylösand, Univits and Enecto. He holds several board positions in BUCHLA Gruppen’s portfolio companies. Anders has been a board member of Attana since its foundation.

Bengt Sjöholm

Mr. Sjöholm is President of the Business Area Lifting within Gunnebo Industries AB belonging to the Segulah sphere. He has extensive experience from the pharma industry having been President of Getinge Scientific AB, a health care and life science company present in more than 80 countries worldwide, for two decades. Mr. Sjöholm has also held the position as CEO in the Tylö Group, a world leader within its field, for almost 5 years.

Erik Svedmark

Mr. Svedmark is CEO of SQS AB, which develops leading security solutions for the international bank and cash-in-transit market. Erik's previous employers include Bofors Aerotronics, Telia and Ericsson. During the past 6 years he has been Managing Director and Group CEO of Leab (Lövånger Elektronik AB), one of Sweden’s leading contract manufacturers of electronic products.

Axel Wachtmeister

Mr. Wachtmeister has worked for more than 15 years with the development of industrial companies.  An owner of an agriculture and forestry business, Axel is also a board member of several companies in the Carl Bennet Group including: Freesourcing AB, a leading partner for purchasing solutions within the construction and installation industries in the Nordic region, and Lifco AB, an industrial group with a turnover in excess of 500 million Euro, employing 2 300 people in 20 countries. Lifco consists of  six business areas: Dental Products, Machinery & Tools, Sawmill Equipment, Contract Manufacturing, Interiors for Vehicles and Environmental Technology.
