Molecular sizes

The molecular sizes used in research cover a wide range, from small molecules such as peptides, carbohydrates, lipids and DNA up to macromolecules such as protein complexes, viruses, bacteria and cells can all be studied with Attana´s straight forward QCM systems.

Interaction studies between all kinds of molecule sizes are common and many analyzing techniques are needed for different purposes. The wide range of sizes, from small peptides up to bacteria, can be studied in one instrument – the Attana A200. The powerful Attana Cell 200 has the capability to handle even cells, both adherent cells as well as captured suspension cells. This feature enables the possibilities to study a wide variety of interactions between molecules in the wide range of sizes.
