Further
to the C-Fast autosampler, Attana has developed a proprietary
accessory to the Attana systems for pH independent
immobilization of charged molecules, the E-mobilizer.
C-Fast autosampler: The enhanced features of the
A100® C-Fast system maximize productivity by allowing
unattended analysis of up to 192 samples. The A100 C-Fast
system can screen 200 combinations of antibody sandwich
pairs in less than a day. Fast and intuitive set-up includes
pre-programmed methods and templates further demonstrating
the system’s efficiency.
E-mobilizer: A patent pending accessory
to the Attana systems for pH independent immobilization of charged
molecules. The E-mobilizer allows for convenient immobilization
of all types of charged molecules to the sensor surface without necessitating change of buffer.
This is particularly useful for molecules which carry the
same charge as the surface.
