Service & Support Agreements

Save time and money with Service and Support levels customized to your needs.

Attana offers three service & support agreement options: Gold, Silver and Bronze. All three include an annual Preventative Maintenance (PM) visit, a minimum of one service visit, and unlimited application support by phone and/or email. For a more comprehensive coverage including discounts on consumables, the Silver and Gold levels will be your preferred choice.

We also offer a pay-as-you-go pricing model if that is required.
